Billing & Fees
Prior to scheduling your first appointment, it's important that you understand your insurance benefits and how much you'll be paying for your visits. Be sure to ask your insurer:
You are still welcome to come and be a client if you are paying out of pocket and not using any benefits. And you should plan to pay at the beginning of your appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment for an reason, i.e., schedule conflicts, childcare, illness, please give 24 hours notice. Appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged to you at full fee. Insurance will not pay for missed appointments.
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for payment.
